User Login allows external access to RIMS (Reentry Information Management System) without having an internal user license. Based on your level of access, you will have access to clients, contacts, cases, reports and the ability to manage your own clients and their cases.

Partner

The partner has the highest level of access into the RIMS system. After being fully qualified, this level grants rights to refer clients, add notes, make resource referrals, search on individual client names and access sensitive data.

Member

The member has medium level access which grants rights to access only client names, program status, but no sensitive information and can only see the last-four digits of a clients SSN.

Guest

The guest level of access grants rights to see only general, global information such as statistical data. (login functionality still under development)
